Pair of beautiful Vintage Chinese Cloisonné enamel temple jars with gold in base overlayed with flowers. A matching lid with a golden foo dog handle adds a distinctive charm to the overall design. Popular during the Qing Dynasty. Handcrafted dark wood base make this temple jar a perfect and unique collection.
Measurements – 8″ in high with the base to the tip of the foo dog, 3″ diameter.
I bought them in Hong Kong in 1955. Displays in my china cabinet and the original label is still on it.
